How it works

1. Fill in the form

Fill out the details of the person that you’re referring. Make sure you have asked if you can refer them first – we can’t contact anyone we don’t have permission to contact!

2. We’ll chat

We’ll have a chat to see if we can meet their needs and can help them find either a new role or their next creative talent.

3. When they win, you win

If they’re successful and either get a new role through us or hire someone through us, we’ll reward you! You’ll receive $1000 for a successful referral – win!

You also have the option to donate 50% or 100% of the referral reward to one of our charity partners. If you would prefer to do this, just let us know when we reach out to you about your successful referral.

4. You can refer again!

There’s no limits on how many referrals you can make, however you’ll only receive a reward when the referral is successful.
